Refund policy

ARB Designs does not accept returns and all sales are final.

Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, refunds, returns, or exchanges are not accepted once an order has been shipped.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 72 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. All products are carefully inspected before they are shipped out. If any item arrive damaged through the carrier please put in a dispute directly with them.

If your order gets returned to us due to incorrect or insufficient address on your order, you will then need to pay for shipping again in order for us to ship it out again to you.
